Our coffee is packed by a professional packing team with the latest equipment and resealable airtight bags to maintain the freshness of your coffee. Ensure that your bag is sealed properly after use, and or, place your coffee in an airtight container to maintain its freshness.

Return policy

For returns you must contact us no later than 5 days after you purchase your coffee and explain your reasons. Contact us for further information.  

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Australia and New Zealand at the moment. However, as soon as your order leaves our facilities and is picked up by a carrier, we cannot be made responsible for any delays or malfunctions created by Australia Post.  

Our system will calculate an estimated delivery date of your order depending on the nature of the ordered products (there are lead times on some products/items). We always give our best to accommodate accordingly but would like to mention, those dates are estimated, not guaranteed.  

Please note that shipping quotes and pricing are created by our carriers Australia Post not us. Unfortunately we, as a small business, cannot afford to lose money on shipping costs, but we do at times reduce our prices to accommodate our customers so they won’t miss out on these amazing products.
